We've spent decades in the trenches
Using the legal system to deliver real, lasting change for disabled consumers — and helping businesses thrive in the process.

Our story
Most organisations view the Equality Act 2010 as a compliance hurdle. We've always seen it differently — as a design blueprint for better customer experiences.
Strategic Access Advisory was founded on a simple observation: traditional law consultancies react only when a claim arrives, and EDI consultancies offer broad cultural advice that rarely translates into operational change.
We operate in the space between — at the intersection of policy mapping, conflict resolution, data analysis, and customer experience design. We don't just interpret what the law says. We translate shifting caselaw into actionable technical requirements for your decision makers, policy planners, and customer-facing teams.
Our team includes industry leaders from businesses and charities with hands-on experience improving accessibility across sport, music, entertainment, and live events. We maintain regular dialogue with disabled peoples' organisations, solicitors, judges, and barristers to ensure our insights are always current.
How we work
Four principles that guide every engagement.
Evidence-Led
Every recommendation is grounded in caselaw analysis, best practice reviews, and direct feedback from disabled peoples' organisations.
Commercially Minded
We understand that accessibility must work within your commercial reality. Our solutions drive revenue, not just compliance.
Collaborative
We work with you, not at you. We build internal capability so your teams can sustain accessible practices long after our engagement ends.
Anticipatory
We don't wait for problems. We identify risks before they become claims and opportunities before your competitors do.
Let's talk about your challenges
Every organisation is different. Tell us about yours and we'll show you how accessibility can become your competitive advantage.
